What you'll do

  • Lead project delivery and management across design-led schemes.
  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers, fostering professional growth.
  • Act as client-facing ambassador, building strong relationships.
  • Provide expert structural input on new-build, zero‑carbon, commercial refurbishment, public-sector projects
  • Represent the firm at industry events and training programmes with the Department Director's support.
