Job summary

Qualifications

• HCPC registration is required.
• Full and valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist occupational therapy assessment and intervention for stroke patients, focusing on improving cognitive and motor skills.
• Support early intervention and manage complex discharges from acute care settings.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop tailored care plans for each patient.
• Engage in hands-on therapy and help patients restore or enhance daily living activities.
• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the impact of reduced function on a patients life.
