Qualifications

• Proven experience in structural or stress analysis, ideally within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of BS EN 13001, BS 2573, Eurocode 3.
• Familiarity with FE tools such as ANSYS, ABAQUS, or NASTRAN.
• Chartered Engineer preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of design analysis from detailed hand calculations to FE analysis.
• Ensure designs are safe, efficient, and fit for purpose.
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams and influence early-stage designs.
• Mentor junior engineers to build analytical excellence across the business.

Structural or stress analysis experience

Familiarity with ANSYS
