Job summary

Addition is seeking a London-based Strategy Consultant in a hybrid role. The position focuses on delivering strategy and commercial workstreams across TMT, including CDD, growth, GTM, and transformation, with strong research, analysis and modelling responsibilities.

You will structure complex problems into practical client-ready plans and presentations for senior stakeholders. The role offers international exposure, small senior-led teams, structured training, and a comprehensive benefits

Qualifications

• 3–6 years’ experience in strategy consulting or a relevant TMT / investment environment (e.g., M&A, private equity).
• Strong analytical and commercial modelling capability, with a confident, structured approach to problem solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable with senior client stakeholders.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead day‑to‑day workstreams and coach junior colleagues.
• Right to work in the UK (temporary visa or permanent status).
