Job description

About the Role

EnterpriseAlumni provides alumni engagement and community-building solutions and services to large, blue-chip organisations, including major financial institutions and global brands. We are growing our management consulting function within the business, reporting directly to our Chief Customer Officer, to work at a strategic level with our largest and most complex customers.

The core of our business is software as a service, and we are fundamentally a technology company focused on the corporate alumni ecosystem.

This role sits above day-to-day platform delivery and services, focused on high-value, evolving engagements with senior customer stakeholders. We are expanding our consultative arm to strategically support customers who want to benefit from our market-leading experience and expertise, whether they are currently using our software, launching an alumni program from scratch, or seeking to take their current approach to new heights. The successful candidate will have a chance to help shape the function and grow their career, while delivering within a critical business line.

The strategy analyst will work directly with senior executives and leaders on the customer side in well-known brands, particularly those in the professional services and financial services sectors - think CMO, Global Heads, and equivalent. This is high-value, high-visibility corporate work. While the nature of the deliverables will continue to evolve as the function grows, the work will consistently demand polish, resilience, and the ability to hold your own in a room with senior corporate leadership as well as our CEO, CCO, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own strategic, high-value engagements with a portfolio of large enterprise customers, building relationships and rapport with senior stakeholders up to C-Suite level.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, consistently going beyond the letter of statements of work to support and shape how customers think about their global corporate alumni engagement, change leadership, change management and impact on their business.
  • Represent EnterpriseAlumni professionally and credibly in front of senior corporate leadership, both remotely and in person.
  • Design and deliver bespoke strategies, including planning and deliverables tailored to individual customer needs, recognising that the scope of this work will continue to evolve.
  • Travel to customer sites and events as required, with potentially short international stays.
  • Work to fixed, non-negotiable deadlines driven by customer commitments, campaigns, and corporate calendars.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Sales colleagues to ensure a joined-up customer experience, while maintaining a distinct, strategic remit.
Person Specification
Experience
  • 5–8 years' relevant experience in change management, management consulting, or change leadership.
  • Proven track record working with large, blue-chip or enterprise customers at a senior level.
  • Demonstratable comfort engaging and building rapport with C-suite/senior marketing, business development, and other functional stakeholders (e.g. CMO, CRO, CHRO).
  • Working in a mature start up or scale up environment.
Essential Criteria
  • Background in high-value, complex corporate or professional services work which does not need to be traditional management consulting, however the calibre and rigour of the work should be comparable.
  • Familiarity with using AI as part of everyday business operations.
  • Comfortable creating simplicity from complexity and working with structure and precision.
  • Track record of managing continually evolving deliverables and scope, rather than a fixed, repeatable service.
  • Resilient, dynamic, and high-energy, with the stamina for demanding customer-facing work, excellent presentations, and interpersonal confidence.
  • Accomplished at navigating through ambiguity in internal and external contexts.
  • Attention to detail, superlative writing and self-editing skills, and disciplined communication skills.
  • Facility for context-switching and adjusting to cultural, political, and social contexts, especially internationally.
  • Highly disciplined, with experience working to fixed, non-moveable deadlines.
  • Open to regular travel (specific destinations to be confirmed as the customer base develops).
Desirable Criteria
  • Work history in/serving financial services, professional services, or large enterprise/corporate accounts.
  • Prior exposure to SaaS, B2B technology, or community/engagement platforms, particularly for customers in regulated environments where security, compliance, and governance are critical.
  • Familiarity with functions like business development, marketing, HR, or change management in large enterprises.
  • Experience helping to scale a function or team.

Base salary will be £45,000-£80,000 annually, depending on experience. This role is office based (5 days per week), with attendance at client sites as required.
