Perk Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst to join our Strategic Finance team. Based in London or Barcelona, you’ll shape the company’s operational plan and scalable models, partnering with cross-functional teams to translate strategic goals into financial outcomes.

You’ll own forecasting, budgeting, and capital allocation with rigorous analysis, delivering insights that guide growth while building a top-tier finance function.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in investment banking, management consulting, or strategic finance/FP&A.
• Go-to-market experience is a bonus.
• Track record of exceptional performance in demanding, high-calibre teams.
• Data-driven mindset with rapid decision-making.
• Proficiency in Excel and building complex financial models.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in analysis and automation.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and investment analysis.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple lines of business.

• Openness to feedback and continuous improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a quantitative field.

• Own short- and long-term forecasting models for leadership with clear decisions.

• Support long-term strategic planning and the annual operating plan.
• Apply an analytical approach to capital allocation and long-term financial planning.
• Conduct financial processes including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, ROI-based allocation, and benchmarking.

We are currently seeking an exceptional Senior Strategic Finance Analyst to join our Strategic Finance team. You can be based in either our Barcelona or London office.

The Strategic Finance department is responsible for crafting our long‑term strategic roadmap and optimizing how we allocate resources to fuel our growth and create lasting value. Reporting to the Senior Director of Strategic Finance, you will be pivotal in shaping the company's operational plan and creating scalable business models. Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, you'll be instrumental in translating intricate operational goals into financial outcomes. Your keen analytical skills and effective communication abilities will be put to good use as you cultivate strong relationships throughout the organization. What You’ll Do

Take ownership of both short‑term and long‑term forecasting models, ensuring the leadership team has the data for precise decision‑making.

Collaborate closely with key cross‑functional teams, in particular the go-to-market team, to gain insights into critical business developments that could impact future projections.

Support for the comprehensive planning and execution of both the long‑term strategic plan and the annual operating plan.

Utilize an analytical approach to influence strategic decision‑making, encompassing capital allocation and long‑term financial planning choices.

Execute essential financial processes, including reporting, forecasting, budgeting, ROI‑based resource allocation, and internal as well as external benchmarking.

Monitor crucial performance metrics and offer valuable insights through regular reporting and ad‑hoc analysis.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in investment banking, management consulting, or strategic finance/FP&A. Expertise or coverage of go-to-market functions within any of these roles is a bonus but not a must.

A track record of exceptional performance in demanding, high‑calibre teams.

Data‑driven mindset, a bias for rapid decision‑making, favouring excellence over perfection.

Proficiency in Excel, including the ability to create and manage complex financial models.

Demonstrated use of AI tools in analytical work – accelerating analysis, stress‑testing assumptions, automating repetitive processes – and the judgment to know when human input is still essential.

Strong knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and investment analysis.

Capability to comprehend and collaborate with various lines of business.

Willingness to stretch beyond your comfort zone and embrace new challenges.

Openness to feedback, with a commitment to continuous improvement, development, and innovation.
