Responsibilities

• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean, and prepare orders.
• Open and close the store; assign daily tasks to the team.
• Provide outstanding service during busy times and chats with customers.
• Ask questions to understand customer needs and guide them to the right products.
• Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts to customers.
