Job summary

Toolstation Limited is seeking a retail team member to join our Glasgow area store. You’ll be the friendly face, helping customers find what they need, while handling deliveries, stocking shelves and keeping the store clean. Local commuting is preferred for this fast-paced role.

Be prepared to work early starts or late finishes and support colleagues to deliver a great customer experience. A proactive attitude and reliability are essential to succeed at Toolstation.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong customer service skills.
• Reliable and flexible with weekend and shift availability.
• Able to work as part of a team and take ownership when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle deliveries, unpack stock, keep the store clean and tidy, and prepare orders.
• Open and close the store as keyholder; assign daily tasks and provide short-term supervisory cover when required.
• Provide outstanding service by engaging with customers and helping them find what they need during busy periods.
• Promote Toolstation Club and Trade Accounts to customers.
