Job summary

Global University Systems (GUS) is recruiting for a Senior Statutory Reporting and Data Analyst in London. The role ensures accuracy, integrity and compliance of institutional data used in statutory reporting and regulatory submissions, supporting performance monitoring and regulatory readiness.

You will work within the Business Intelligence, Data Analytics & Reporting function and line-manage one analyst. You will collaborate with Registry, Finance and IT to interpret regulatory changes,

Qualifications

• Experience managing statutory or regulatory data returns in Higher Education.
• Knowledge of HE data and reporting frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with complex datasets and data quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage regulatory data submissions (e.g., HESA, HESES, Graduate Outcomes).
• Produce regular management information for senior stakeholders on performance and student outcomes.
• Develop dashboards and reporting products to support regulatory monitoring and data quality.
• Identify process improvements to ensure accurate, auditable statutory reporting.
