Qualifications
- MSc or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or related.
- Strong programming in R and/or Python.
- Experience applying statistics to biological or scientific data.
- Ability to develop reproducible and scalable analytical workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent English, written and verbal.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with statisticians, scientists, data scientists and software engineers on research questions.
- Apply statistical methods to analyze complex biological datasets.
- Develop, maintain and enhance reproducible analytics workflows in R and/or Python.
- Support AI-enabled analytical solutions and workflow automation tools.
- Translate workflows into scalable AI-assisted applications.
- Integrate statistics, code libraries and domain knowledge into AI environments.
- Develop reusable analytics components to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
