Job summary

Fortrea is seeking a Lead Statistical Programmer for our sponsor-dedicated Flexible Solutions unit. You will deliver complex programming activities for a renowned global pharma client, coordinating with Clinical, Medical Writing, Safety and Biometrics teams.

You can be 100% home-based in EMEA or, if you prefer, work from a local office in your home country. The role requires extensive SAS experience with SDTM/ADaM and leadership of a study programming team.

Qualifications

Degree in mathematics, life sciences, statistics, or computer science.
Professional experience in statistical programming for clinical trials in biotech, CRO or pharma.
5+ years' experience with complex trials and SDTMs/ADaM data content.
Previous lead experience preferred.
Fluency in English, verbal and written.
Autonomous, collaborative work style with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Plan, execute and oversee programming activities for a study.
Oversee SDTM, ADaM and TLF development and senior review.
Coordinate with sponsor departments for additional programming needs.
Support submission activities in late-phase projects.
Mentor less-experienced team members and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
