Job summary

Citizens Advice seeks a Senior Standards and Compliance Officer to drive the operational execution of the member standards framework and ensure regulatory compliance across the network. You will provide day‑to‑day leadership to a team of officers, translating high‑level strategy into actionable workflows and clear procedures.

You will act as the primary escalation point for complex compliance cases, balancing rigorous assurance with a supportive culture and protecting the Citizens Advice brand

Qualifications

• Experience translating high-level standards into daily operational processes.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, accreditation systems, or compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage complex casework, including sensitive disputes and escalation decisions.
• Proven ability to design and streamline workflows and management information systems.
• Strong people management skills and track record of developing diverse teams.
