As a Senior Staff Nurse working within the Urgent Care Centre, you will provide autonomous clinical leadership and organisation to ensure the provision of high-quality care to children and families. You will take charge of shifts, managing patient flow safely and efficiently while communicating effectively with families both in person and over the telephone. You will act as an advocate for children and their families, ensuring they receive appropriate information, support, and safeguarding through close liaison with multidisciplinary teams.
