Belgrave Ward is a very busy general cardiology ward and is part of the newly formed Cardiology Clinical Academic Group to further developments in Cardiology.
We now have a permanent position for a Senior Staff Nurse (band 6) to provide day to day leadership of this busy 24 bedded cardiology ward.
Belgrave Ward is a dynamic ward that is changing with the increasing demands on the St George's Cardiology service, a regional tertiary centre delivering high quality care.
You will be expected to work as an excellent role model providing excellent patient care as you develop your excellent clinical skills and leadership. You will be part of multi‑disciplinary team working together to provide quality service provision, excellent clinical management and safe and effective discharge processes.

The trust also provides care for patients from a larger catchment area in southeast England, for specialties such as complex pelvic trauma. Other services treat patients from all over the country, such as family HIV care and bone marrow transplantation for non‑cancer diseases.
