Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Thurso is looking for a motivated nurse to join their team at Dunbar Hospital. This role involves diverse care services, including minor injuries unit and outpatient clinics. Candidates should have experience in elderly and palliative care and a desire to develop skills through training. The position offers a permanent role with shifts of up to 37 hours per week, considering job share candidates.

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic and keen to develop skills and undertake additional training.
  • Experience in MIU care is preferable.

We are looking for a motivated, caring and courteous person to help us provide good quality, innovative nursing across the diverse care services Dunbar covers.

This involves Minor Injuries Unit, Outpatient clinics, Rehabilitation, complex DC planning as well as end of life care.

Candidates should be enthusiastic and keen to develop skills and undertake additional training in order to develop their role.

Experience in care of the elderly/palliative and MIU care preferable with confidence to work autonomously as required.

We are confident you will enjoy working with our small welcoming team.

We can offer a permanent post up to 37hrs, which involves working 12.5 hour shifts.

Job share candidates will be considered.
