Job summary

KennedyPearce Consulting is seeking a Staff Applied Analyst to join a global Interactive Media & Entertainment brand on a 6-month, fully remote contract. You will own complex analytical challenges, shaping data usage for strategic decisions across Analytics, Data Science, Product and business teams.

This senior IC role requires leading multi-team projects, mentoring analysts, and delivering rapid prototypes, hypotheses, and data-driven recommendations in ambiguous environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years' experience across Analytics, Data Science or related field.
• Ability to lead complex analytical projects across multiple teams or domains.
• Excellent knowledge of exploratory analysis, hypothesis development and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with or strong interest in Generative AI / Agentic AI to improve workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytical problem spaces across teams and domains.
• Develop hypotheses and exploratory analyses to identify high-value opportunities.
• Build rapid analytical prototypes and models to assess feasibility and impact.
• Turn datasets and analyses into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Data Scientists, Product Managers and senior stakeholders.
• Move opportunities from exploration to experimentation and modelling.
• Establish best practices for exploratory analytics and rapid prototyping.
• Mentor other analysts and raise team analytical capabilities.
