£60,000 – £90,000 Base Salary DOE + (Uncapped Commission) + Excellent Benefits

Responsibilities
- Grow relationships with key accounts by planning and tailoring their marketing activities using a consultative approach with the intention of growing YoY spend
- Generate new business, increase pipeline and bring on new prospects
- Sell high‑value sponsorship and exhibition opportunities
- Pitch clients over the phone and through face‑to‑face meetings
- Attend competitor events – travel to the US, Asia and the Middle East, acting as a market specialist and ensuring you have the necessary knowledge via internal and external resources
- Utilise consultative selling; sell creatively through solution‑led selling
Qualifications
- 7+ years in B2B sponsorship sales – ideally from a large‑scale expos background with over £1m in annual revenue
- Fluent Italian
- Strong new business and account management capabilities
- Degree educated – ideally
- Excellent communication skills
- Successful track record achieving high revenue targets
- Consultative sales approach is a necessity
