Job summary

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Senior Speech and Language Therapist to cover residential adult care across multiple sites in North Lincolnshire and the East Midlands. The role is based at Roxby House with travel between sites and access to transport essential.

The post involves delivering universal, enhanced and specialist SLT interventions, working within a multidisciplinary team and reporting to the Clinical Lead. Flexible arrangements include part-time options and a permanent contract.

Qualifications

• HCPC registration as a Speech and Language Therapist.
• Postgraduate experience within the specialist client group.
• Experience of multi-disciplinary work.
• Experience of teaching, training and clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver informed interventions at universal, enhanced and specialist levels to support adult needs.
• Work within standardised assessments and clinical services within the service framework.
• Be part of a multidisciplinary team including psychology, occupational and sensory integration therapy, and other professionals.
• Report to the Clinical Lead and support service integration across sites.
• Role may be full-time with consideration for part-time options.
