Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Associate to provide quality assurance for Securities Clearing Technology across platforms. You will supervise a testing team, coordinate tasks, and drive end-to-end testing within the software development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Agile delivery uses approaches to software development where requirements evolve through collaboration of self-organising cross-functional teams and their end user(s).
• In-depth/breadth tech expertise with knowledge of technologies and design, development and implementation of technologies.
• System and technology integration with knowledge of integration and communication among applications, databases and platforms.
• Domain expertise with knowledge of tools and industry trends, staying current on policies and market shifts.
• Commercial insight through understanding business models and strategies behind products/services.
• Communication: clear, precise communication of complex information to varied audiences.
• Relationship building: establishing rapport and networks across teams and stakeholders.

Job description

To provide quality assurance for Securities Clearing Technology, across all its platforms, by the application of testing standards and approaches, and through the direction of test engineers.

Test coordination of several teams across all test phases for all KTLO projects in LCH SE.

Role Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:

• 1. Supervises a team, allocates tasks to team members and co-ordinate work of other team members to successfully implement the end-to-end testing in the software development life cycle

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent
