Central London Community Health Trust seeks a specialist podiatrist for a nine-month secondment within the Brent and Harrow Specialist Care podiatry team to cover maternity leave.

The role focuses on specialist assessment and treatment of complex high-risk foot conditions, with involvement in leadership, education and research, plus flexible working and travel across Brent community sites.

Qualifications

• BSc in Podiatric Medicine or equivalent.
• CPD portfolio with postgraduate coursework.
• HCPC registration or willingness to train toward POM-A/POM-S/independent prescriber annotations.

Responsabilités

• Deliver specialist assessment, diagnosis and treatment for patients with complex, high-risk foot conditions.
• Support service delivery and contribute to podiatry service development.
• Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance.
• Contribute to education and training for colleagues and students.
• Engage in research and service development projects to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated care.
