Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Specialist Pharmacist to join our expanding Cancer and Technical Services team at West Middlesex Hospital. You will provide high-quality clinical pharmacy support to oncology and haematology teams.

You will help redesign pharmacy workflows for the new Chemotherapy Day Unit and Technical Services Unit, receive training in SACT screening, supervise rotational and trainee pharmacists, and contribute to medicines

Qualifications

• Registered pharmacist with GPhC (UK) and current registration.
• Experience in oncology/haematology pharmacy preferred.
• Experience contributing to medicines optimisation and guideline development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy support to oncology/haematology teams.
• Contribute to redesign of pharmacy workflows for new units.
• Lead supervision of rotational and trainee pharmacists.
• Participate in clinical guideline development, audits and quality improvement.
