Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant experience in spa or therapy.
• Qualified to Level 3 or above.

Where will you be working?

Ned's Club Spa features eight beautiful treatment rooms, a hammam, sauna, steam room, and 20 metre heated indoor swimming pool. With a range of treatments using high quality professional products, Ned's Club Spa is a one stop shop for head‑to‑toe maintenance.

What will you be doing?

• You’ll offer our guests a range of advanced and bespoke treatments to ensure they feel well looked after and that their trip to Ned’s Club Spa has been a luxurious experience
• A key part of your service will be recommending and offering advice on products that guests can purchase from our spa
• We ensure that you’ve time after each treatment to prepare for your next guest, allowing you to provide the ultimate treatment experience
• Our ideal candidate will be qualified to Level 3 or above and have at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Assist the Treatment Manager in month end Stocktake and product orders
• Support the therapist team with the daily running of the treatment rooms
• Supporting the team with treatment/guest issues that arise
• Assist Treatment Manager in conducting training sessions for new and existing members of the team
• Achieving retails and sales targets, and supporting therapists with retail sales
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior therapists, offering training and support in performing treatments and services
