£49,000 per annum | Paid Overtime (1.5x standard rate)
Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm | 40 hours per week
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sous Chef to lead a talented kitchen team in delivering exceptional, world‑inspired street food at a prestigious site in Central London. This role will be based in a high‑volume, fast‑paced retail kitchen, where you will oversee a team of 16 chefs, including managing the pastry team.

As Senior Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to manage and inspire a large brigade.
