Qualifications

• Currently a kitchen manager or senior sous chef eager to take the next step.
• Experience with fresh food and busy service environments.
• Desire to grow into a head chef and lead teams.

• Run the pass and lead the team across the kitchen.

• Mentor chefs and support their growth and development.
