Job summary

Little & Large Pub Company is seeking an ambitious Senior Sous Chef to join the Leicester Arms Team. You will work closely with the Head Chef to build and run a high-performing kitchen and lead in the Head Chef's absence.

You will be involved in operations, menu development, training, stock control, and ensuring food safety. A genuine pathway to Head Chef and a key role in shaping a kitchen is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quality pub, restaurant or gastropub kitchen.
• Strong leadership to run busy services.
• Solid understanding of GP, stock control and kitchen organisation.
• Good food safety and allergen knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations.
• Lead services and maintain high standards.
• Develop and change menus seasonally.
• Train and develop junior chefs.
• Manage ordering, stock, and waste.
