A premier hospitality venue is seeking a dynamic Senior Sous Chef to manage our Banqueting Kitchen. This role focuses on delivering exceptional culinary experiences for a high volume of events. The Belfry Hotel & Resort is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our Banqueting Kitchen Team. We are renowned for outstanding service and events, and we need a talented individual to help us deliver exceptional culinary experiences across a wide variety of events.
The on-target earning potential for this role is £42,845.44 annual salary, comprising a base salary of £40,000 plus an estimated £2,845.44 in gratuities per annum, ensuring a rewarding package.
As Senior Sous Chef, you will support the Head Chef in managing the operations of our busy Banqueting Kitchen, serving 24 banqueting rooms plus the Master Suite opening in August 2025 with a combined capacity of over 1,470 guests. You will contribute to developing our facilities and the upcoming Master Suite.
You will lead a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, ensuring food meets high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene. Your experience in a high-pressure kitchen will support the Head Chef, oversee kitchen staff, and maintain consistency during peak service times.
