Aramark UK is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for Northwood HQ to lead kitchen shifts, coordinate a busy team, and ensure high-quality service across breakfast and lunch periods. You’ll manage up to 300 meals per service, uphold allergen guidelines, and support a dynamic kitchen environment.
The role emphasizes leadership, organisational excellence, and a balance between pace and quality, with a Monday–Friday pattern and occasional weekends.

At Northwood, you’ll help lead a high performing kitchen where pace, teamwork, and creativity come together. You’ll provide leadership to the kitchen team, maintaining operational efficiency while developing staff and driving continuous improvement, producing up to 300 meals at a time and keeping service running smoothly. Organisation, calmness under pressure, and a passion for great food are key.
Due to the nature of our work, you must:
A rare schedule in hospitality: 40 hours per week, 5 days a week, with hours typically Monday-Fri, shifts between 0600-2030, overseeing Lunch & Dinner service - giving you your later evenings back. One weekend per month required.
