A leading restaurant in London is seeking a Senior Sous Chef to oversee kitchen operations and maintain food quality standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fine dining and a passion for innovative cooking and sustainability. Fallow was founded by three individuals in May 2019, two chefs Jack Croft and William Murray, and career hospitality entrepreneur James Robson. The essence of this combination makes up much of Fallow's DNA, where conscious culinary creativity meets hospitality experience and passion. Fallow's permanent home in St James's market was established in November 2021 and has since attracted a string of awards including both the Marie Claire and GQ 'sustainable restaurant of the year' and the Caterer award for 'best new restaurant'.
As a Senior Sous Chef at Fallow, you will work closely with our Head Chef to deliver an outstanding dining experience. You will take a lead role in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, creativity, and efficiency, helping to shape a progressive and forward-thinking kitchen.
