Senior Sous Chef - Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Location: Near Liverpool Street, London. Pay: £21.55 per hour.

• Support the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes with creativity and consistency
• Help develop seasonal menus tailored to corporate clients and events
• Maintain excellent food hygiene, health and safety, and allergen standards
• Supervise and motivate the kitchen team to deliver outstanding service
