Overview

Number of covers: approx. 600 daily.

Type of contract: permanent full-time, working 45 hours a week.

  • Previous experience in an all-day dining restaurant, preferred.

A little about the role:

  • You will be managing the day to day running of the kitchen.
  • Leading training for the whole restaurant in season menu changes.
  • With support from the Head Chef and Group Head Chef, complete daily office duties such as ordering and managing the rota.
  • You will be responsible for leading and motivating our kitchen team.
