A leading hospitality establishment in London is seeking a Kitchen Manager to oversee daily kitchen operations. You will lead and train your team, ensuring high-quality food preparation and service. The ideal candidate has a passion for fresh produce and previous experience in all-day dining restaurants. This role offers a salary between £42,000 and £49,000 and includes great benefits like flexible hours and staff discounts.
Number of covers: approx. 600 daily.
Type of contract: permanent full-time, working 45 hours a week.
