Job summary

The Coaching Inn Group is seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to join our team in the UK's historic boutique hotels. You will lead a kitchen brigade, deliver exceptional seasonal menus, and mentor junior chefs while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. We value teamwork, initiative, and a passion for food.

You will work closely with Head Chef to develop dishes, manage food costs, and ensure a welcoming guest experience across busy service periods.

Qualifications

• Experience with fresh food and with team leadership.
• Passionate about food and culinary excellence.
• An interest in latest food trends and creating exceptional dishes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the kitchen team and maintain high standards during service.
• Develop and deliver seasonal menus in line with brand standards.
• Support Head Chef in kitchen operations and cost control.
