We are seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to play a critical role in bridging technical solutions with business needs across the EMEA region. This position combines deep technical expertise with excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage both C‑level executives and technical teams. You will work closely with sales, partners, and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, guide pre‑sales processes, and demonstrate the value of cloud‑based communication platforms. This role provides significant visibility and impact, shaping customer experiences and influencing solution design. You will thrive in a collaborative, remote‑first environment while occasionally traveling to build in‑person relationships with clients and stakeholders. Your contributions will directly drive customer success and business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with account executives and pre‑sales teams to strategize, plan, and execute successful deal cycles.
  • Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs, requirements, and challenges.
  • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, proofs‑of‑concept, and technical presentations to a range of audiences.
  • Develop solution architectures and articulate the business value of communication technologies.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with clients, providing strategic guidance and innovative solutions.
  • Support proposal responses, RFPs, and technical documentation during the sales cycle.
  • Contribute to the broader pre‑sales community by sharing knowledge, reusable assets, and best practices.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical pre‑sales or solutions engineering role in CPaaS, SaaS, or Telecom.
  • Fluent French speaker with excellent English communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of voice protocols (VoIP), SIP, messaging APIs, and cloud‑based application architectures.
  • Hands‑on experience with at least one backend programming language (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP) and web technologies (JavaScript, React).
  • Familiarity with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud‑native development practices.
  • Strong problem‑solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to engage technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience designing and consuming REST APIs, and developing or integrating complex technical solutions.
  • Desired: experience with mobile development (iOS/Android), WebRTC, contact center solutions, and automation tools.
  • Ability to travel approximately 35% for client and team engagements.
