Senior Solutions Engineer, EMEA (German or French Speaking) – London, U.K. (Hybrid)

About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer, EMEA to inspire customers by showing what’s possible with the Webflow platform and to tell our differentiated story that aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with as many as 5 Account Executives and support multiple active customer opportunities across all segments, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery
• Collaborate with the EMEA Sales Director to ensure a successful launch in a new market
• Guide customers through the Webflow evaluation process to ensure alignment with key business objectives and technical requirements
• Engage with Account Executives and potential customers through discovery, solution design, technical validation, and business case development
• Present effective demonstrations that highlight the benefits of Webflow in solving customer objectives and challenges
• Influence product direction for short- and long-term success in EMEA by representing the customer voice
• Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives that advance Webflow’s mission
• Travel up to 25% for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsites

About you

You’ll thrive as a Senior Solutions Engineer, EMEA if you:

• Have 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally in the web development space
• Are fluent in German or French with advanced proficiency in spoken and written communications
• Take a consultative approach and are passionate about helping customers solve problems
• Demonstrate strong storytelling skills in discovery and/or product demo sessions
• Creatively problem solve with AI where appropriate
• Work autonomously, creatively, and collaboratively while empowering teammates
• Communicate clearly with radical candor
• Demonstrate excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills
