We're looking for Snr & Solutions Architects – strategic thinkers and hands‑on technologists who thrive in collaborative, inclusive environments. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, influence enterprise direction, and mentor others – all while delivering impactful solutions across cloud, AI, digital experiences, and modern architecture.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret Business Needs: Translate business and technical requirements into clear architectural designs that support long‑term product evolution and strategic goals.
  • Assess Technology: Evaluate current systems for gaps and opportunities, guide end‑of‑life decisions, and recommend improvements to reduce technical debt and enhance efficiency.
  • Apply Technology: Lead solution design across platforms, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards, security, and performance. Collaborate across teams to deliver robust, integrated solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Proven experience in solution architecture within complex, regulated environments (Protections/Assurance experience preferred).
  • Strong grasp of modern architecture patterns (e.g., MACH, event‑driven, DDD).
  • Hands‑on skills in C4, ArchiMate, and tools such as Ardoq, LeanIX, or Orbus.
  • Engineering background in .NET, Java, Python, Azure, CI/CD, APIs, and data platforms.
  • Ability to translate business goals into executable, scalable designs.
  • Passion for mentoring, continuous learning, and inclusive collaboration.
