  • Drive the decoupling of monolithic systems into service‑oriented architectures to support independent deployment and team autonomy.
  • Introduce and enforce Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and automated quality gates to ensure system reliability.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish coding standards, best practices, and design principles across the engineering team.
  • Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and security issues, optimizing systems for high reliability and performance.
  • Maintain technical documentation including system designs, API specifications, and architecture decisions.
Qualifications

  • Minimum of four years of full‑stack software development experience in a SaaS or technology‑driven environment.
  • Proficiency in backend development with .NET Core and frontend frameworks such as React or Vue.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL databases.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and time‑management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, containerization, and monitoring tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Stripe integrations or developer experience (DevEx) initiatives is desirable.
