Genius Sports is seeking a Senior Software Engineer 1 to join our Betting division, delivering scalable, real-time systems using modern CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure. You will lead multi-sprint features with measurable business impact while collaborating with engineers, data scientists, QA and product managers.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to architectural decisions, and advocate for Agile delivery and continuous improvement in a remote-first environment with hybrid office

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering software in distributed, real-time systems.
• Strong understanding of software design principles and microservices.
• Experience mentoring engineers.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
