Job summary

Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency is seeking a Senior Developer to design, build and evolve digital platforms used across the UK. You will work in an multi-disciplinary team, applying Agile methods to deliver high‑impact services that meet user needs while coaching junior developers.

You will champion quality techniques such as code reviews, automated testing, and design reviews, and contribute to API development and end‑to‑end system improvements within a dynamic government environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering digital services and platforms using Agile delivery.
• Proven ability to promote quality software engineering techniques.
• Ability to coach and mentor Developers and Apprentices.
