Prolific is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II to lead technical direction and deliver scalable, secure solutions within one of our product teams. You will mentor engineers and guide projects to successful deployment while upholding high coding standards and strategic thinking.

You will collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and resources, driving engineering excellence and adopting new technologies to enhance product functionality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical leadership or senior software development roles.
• Extensive Python and cloud-based environments experience.
• Product engineering mindset focused on business impact.
• Excellent communication skills for leading diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical Projects: oversee design and implementation of key projects.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and resources.
