Humand Talent Solutions seeks a Senior Software Engineer for a fixed-term contract in the UK. You will join an R&D-focused team working across the complete engineering lifecycle, from prototyping to production, mentoring others and potentially moving into technical leadership as the team grows.

You’ll collaborate with AI and product specialists while building across a modern stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS) and shaping internal tooling and

Qualifications

• Strong commercial software engineering experience across full-stack development.
• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, relational databases and APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Kubeflow or AWS for cloud deployments.
• Experience designing distributed cloud systems and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end-to-end from prototyping to production deployments.
• Lead and mentor engineers, evangelise coding standards and tooling.
• Collaborate with AI/product teams on data-driven solutions.
• Shape engineering practices, CI/CD pipelines and deployment approaches.
