Job summary

Cority is seeking a Senior Software Engineer I to join a fast-paced, collaborative team. You will design and enhance Cority software, work with Product Development to meet client needs, and lead technical initiatives across projects.

The role emphasizes delivering production-ready code, mentoring juniors, and shaping the long-term roadmap with a focus on modern technologies including AI-assisted development and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a developer.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical and architectural decisions to meet product requirements.
• Lead teams technically to deliver production-ready code.
• Design and develop new software and enhance existing software for clients’ systems.
• Communicate with Product Owners to align requirements and specs.
• Develop high-quality software and promote automation for testing, integration, and deployment.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Track sprint work and provide transparency to the team.
• Provide support and maintenance for Cority software.
