Job summary

Visa's Technology Organization is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Product Reliability Engineering team. You will build agentic solutions and real-time AI/ML systems to ensure reliability at global scale across Visa's payments network.

You will work with modern LLMs and AI platforms, design scalable microservices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, high-performance software. Hybrid in-office with global impact and opportunities for mentorship.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in computer science or related field.
Experience developing agentic solutions using GenAI tools like Claude, Copilot, Power Automate.
Experience in Agile SDLC with languages such as Java, Go, Python, Scala, .Net.
Experience building microservices with HTTP/REST/JSON.
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.

Responsibilities

Build agentic solutions using advanced LLMs from Anthropic, OpenAI and others.
Develop deep learning solutions for real-time transactions at large scale.
Design scalable, secure, and reusable software that impacts a large user base.
Collaborate across functions to deliver best-in-class software for Visa's products.
Contribute to reliability improvements and mentoring within agile squads.
