Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design and deliver scalable applications powering critical business functions. You will work across front-end and back-end technologies, collaborating with product owners, architects, and engineers to build innovative solutions that meet security and performance standards.

The role emphasizes SDLC discipline, CI/CD, automated testing, and a strong culture of mentoring and innovation within an Agile delivery team.

Qualifications

• Extensive commercial experience in full-stack development within enterprise environments.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React (or similar frameworks).
• Strong back-end experience, particularly with modern C# and ASP.NET.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of revision control and CI/CD tools and practices (e.g., GitLab).
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and maintaining code quality.
• Strong relational database skills (e.g. PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
• Experience of working within an agile cross-functional delivery team.
• Ability to work with Business Analysts and Product Owners to demystify ambiguity and handle challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
