Senior Software Engineer - Frontend

Location: London (Remote First - Occasional travel)

Salary: £75,000 - £95,000 + equity + benefits

An established, global technology business within the hospitality-tech industry is seeking a talented Frontend Software Engineer to help build and scale cutting‑edge digital solutions. This is a chance to work on greenfield projects – building new, scalable products that help venues create seamless, data‑driven guest experiences from the ground up.

What will I be doing?

• Design, develop, and deliver high‑performance, customer‑facing features using TypeScript, ReactJS, and Redux.
• Own key product features end‑to‑end from architecture and implementation to optimisation and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Data Science teams to shape intuitive, impactful user experiences.
• Contribute to a modern, cloud‑based environment (GCP, Firebase, BigQuery) and scalable, modular Front End architecture.
• Champion best practices around performance, accessibility, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing to uphold engineering excellence.

What do I need to be successful?

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years’ experience developing web applications with React or similar modern frameworks.
• Proven experience designing scalable Front End architecture and building interactive, data‑rich interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React Hooks, Redux, and modern UI/UX principles.
• Experience working within cloud‑based infrastructures (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure).
• A passion for building exceptional, customer‑centric products and working collaboratively to solve complex challenges.
