Job summary

Fat Potato is looking for a senior software engineer to design and build industry-leading software, owning areas of software and the full lifecycle from design to deployment across multiple tech stacks. The role offers hybrid work between home and a Cheltenham-based office.

You will mentor junior engineers, communicate with customers and stakeholders, and help shape engineering practices while maintaining DV clearance. You’ll contribute to high-quality code and collaborative team success.

Qualifications

• Experience taking ownership over software areas, design or engineering teams.
• Ability to hold and maintain a DV clearance and work across multiple stacks.
• Comfortable mentoring others and influencing engineering practices.
• Strong communication with customers and business stakeholders.
