What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design, build, and improve backend and full‑stack systems for customer self‑service and internal tools
  • Develop scalable APIs, microservices, and orchestration logic for post‑booking journeys
  • Collaborate with product, design, AI, and operations teams to deliver streamlined customer experiences
  • Integrate with external systems to support internal use cases and partner deployments
  • Own features end‑to‑end, from design through implementation and monitoring
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 3+ years of experience in software engineering, especially with large‑scale distributed systems or customer‑facing applications
  • Strong technical background in modern frontend and backend development, distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure
  • Experience in designing, building, and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, or event‑driven systems
  • Familiarity with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with conversational AI, LLM orchestration, or automation systems
  • Background in building customer service, CRM, telephony, contact center, or workflow automation tools
  • Familiarity with React, TypeScript, or modern frontend frameworks
  • Experience integrating with external systems like telephony APIs or payment gateways
  • Knowledge of travel industry technologies (PSS/GDS, hotel PMS/CRS) is a plus
