Job summary

DRW is a diversified trading firm with global reach, seeking a Senior Software Engineer focused on digital assets. You will design, build, and operate systems that move and safeguard cryptoassets across the firm, including treasury automation and wallet inventory.

You will collaborate with trading desks and business units, champion automation, and mentor a small engineering team. Emphasis on rapid deployment, CI/CD, and scalable, robust services under Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Strong Python expertise and hands-on experience with crypto or digital-asset systems preferred.
• Experience building full-stack applications and services used by trading or operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test full-stack applications (APIs through UI) for digital asset operations.
• Partner with teams to translate business problems into clear technical plans.
• Own software end-to-end after release; deploy, operate, and provide on-call support.
