Job summary

microTECH Global LTD is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and build high-quality software across desktop, embedded, and server environments in a hybrid work arrangement. You will collaborate with architects and product teams, own components, and contribute to best practices while mentoring juniors.

The role emphasizes C#, .NET, UI in XAML, and CI/CD, with responsibilities to validate AI outputs and support laboratory workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with a relevant degree.
• Experience developing across desktop, embedded and server environments.
• Proven experience designing and implementing integration and end-to-end test suites.
• Experience building UI using XAML (WPF, WinUI3 or similar).
• Familiar with CI/CD pipelines and software design principles.
• Comfortable working with AI agents and validating AI output.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high-quality software across desktop, embedded, and server environments.
• Develop modern solutions that streamline workflows for chemists and support real laboratory use cases.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver robust, user-focused features.
