Job summary

Graphcore, based in Bristol, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build high-performance AI compute libraries and kernels for next-generation hardware. You will work on linear algebra, tensor ops, and ensure numerical correctness while optimising low-level performance.

Join the ML Kernels & Runtime team to deliver fast compute libraries and contribute to maximizing hardware performance for AI workloads.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing kernels for linear algebra and tensor ops.
• Experience with high-performance C++ and numerical correctness.
• Ability to write microbenchmarks and regression tests.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement kernels for linear algebra and tensor ops (GEMM, batched GEMM, convolutions, reductions, elementwise and fused operations) in C++.
• Own performance and correctness - add microbenchmarks, regression tests, numerics validation.
