Experienced Full Stack Engineer - Early Stage, Highly Profitable Start-Up - Fully Remote (UK)

Up to £120,000 + equity

A small, profitable, and fast-moving startup is looking for an experienced Full Stack/Backend engineer to join its elite team (ex-Meta). They are early-stage but already generating strong revenue, with ambitious plans.

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of backend systems, working across infrastructure, APIs, job processing, and internal tooling. Engineers here move fast, operate with autonomy, and play a central role in shaping both product and architecture from day one.

Ideal candidates will:

• 3+ years experience, ideally working in Python / Typescript
• Have a strong track record building clean, scalable backend systems
• Be comfortable owning projects end-to-end, from design to deployment
• Thrive in remote, low-ego, high-trust environments
• Product focussed approach
• Bring deep technical judgment and a bias toward action

Bonus points for experience with high-throughput systems, authentication frameworks, developer tooling, or analytics infrastructure.
