What You’ll Do

Lead new feature development from concept to production
Design and build low-latency, high-performance systems
Maintain and improve existing services while introducing new functionality
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Enhance development and operations processes
Contribute to architecture and system design
Participate in an out-of-hours support rotation

What You’ll Need

Expertise in C# / .NET (or a willingness to cross-train from Java)
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Background in high-performance, low-latency applications
Industry experience in finance or other mission-critical sectors
Strong understanding of complex data structures, concurrency, and garbage collectors
